With over a decade of experience coaching both collegiate and professional athletes, Coach Heaps brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our program. As a player, Coach Heaps was one of the top QB recruits in the country in his class, held a 40-2 overall record and was a three time State Champion as the starting Quarterback for the Skyline Spartans in Washington State. Coach Heaps went on to play professionally for the New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks. In addition to his professional playing career, he currently serves as the Head Coach and Director of Operations for the Russell Wilson Passing Academy and the Head Coach of the Elite 11, the premier quarterback event in the nation. Renowned for his innovative offensive strategies, Coach Heaps has built a reputation for developing players to reach their highest potential on the field. His coaching experience, paired with his passion for the game, will provide our athletes with unparalleled opportunities for growth. “I am excited for the opportunity to lead the Legend Football program.
