Uniform Order:
- Select "Order Gear" from the side menu
- Deadline to order- November 7th (so you have your suit for the first meet)
- No returns on custom print items
- A team representative will pick up and deliver all orders to you
Team communication:
To streamline communication and ensure everyone stays informed, we will be using TeamSnap as our primary platform for all team-related updates. This includes practice schedules, meet times, additional team events, cancelations, and important announcements. Please make sure to check the app regularly for real-time information, and feel free to reach out through the app if you have any questions or need clarification.
TeamSnap Setup and Communication Guidelines:
- All swimmers must be in TeamSnap.
- If you need to be added, text Lacey Ditzler at 307-421-0949 with your name, email, and phone.
- Returning swim families:
- Ensure your swimmer has added you as a parent with the correct contact information. It's easiest to check this on a computer. If there are issues, text Lacey with your details.
- New swim families:
- Invites have been sent to the swimmers we have contact info for. They need to accept and add parents. Refer to step 1 for adding parents.
- Double-check contact details.
- Make sure your swimmer’s email is correct in their account. You can update it if needed.
- Turn on notifications.
- Make sure both text and email notifications are enabled.
- GroupMe:
- Swimmers should also confirm they are receiving GroupMe texts.

- If anyone isn’t receiving updates, please contact Lacey at 307-421-0949.
Once everyone is set up in TeamSnap you will receive:
- important season information
- meeting notes
- as well as details on the required team gear
