FALL TYROUT FORM - Please fill out this form before tryouts! They will be hosted on Friday, August 20th 3:30-6:00pm in the commons at Legend! Registration for tryouts must be completed before you are eligible to tryout (see instructions below). You must have an updated physical on file. Please click here to review the financial responsibility with your parents prior to tryouts. Registration is separate from the linked "Fall Tryout Form", both must be completed.
Fall Tryout Registration Instructions:
There are 3 steps to the registration process for LHS Sports. All MUST be completed before the first day of official practice in order for the athlete to be eligible:
1. FIRST, Register online Fall Sports Registration. This is a new registration system, you must Create a New Account.
2. Have current Sports Physical on file. Sports physicals are good for 365 days from the date of the physical exam. With this new registration system we are moving toward a PAPERLESS system for all physicals. You can take a picture of your physical and upload it at anytime.
3. Pay the $200 athletic participation fee. You will pay this fee AFTER you register for your sport.
Eligibility will be communicated directly to the coach.
